This year’s Mobiliar Kids-Day was a huge success once again – fully booked weeks in advance. The strong interest clearly shows how loved this event has become as part of the Airport Trophy’s side program. More than 60 kids got the chance to experience an unforgettable day all about handball.

Taking part this year were Cedrie Tynowski, former winger for the Swiss national team, along with talented academy players Aita Wegmann (LK Zug) and Haylie Wildhaber (Junior Team HSG Nordwest). Together with a dedicated team of coaches, they led the kids through a range of fun and engaging exercises. With plenty of energy and patience, they introduced the children to handball techniques, coordination, and ball skills in a playful way. But most importantly, it was all about having fun – because that’s what Mobiliar Kids-Day is really about: inspiring a love of movement and sparking excitement for handball.

Stefan Paraschivescu, the main responsible for Mobiliar Kids-Day, summed it up perfectly: “Mobiliar Kids-Day was a total success once again! Hearing the kids laugh as they enthusiastically throw at the goal wall or challenge each other in games – that’s the kind of joy that makes it all worth it. The three pros gave the whole event a great energy and a touch of glamour.”

A big thank-you goes to Mobiliar, the main sponsor of the Airport Trophy, who not only made this day possible, but also supports handball and youth development in a long-term and meaningful way. Thanks also to General Agent Max Suter and insurance and pension advisors Massimo Gwerder and Noel Wälte, who were on-site and gave the organizing team their full support.
