Technical Meeting

The first official event of the Airport Trophy 2026 took place today at the Allegra Tournament Hotel. Coaches, team staff, and representatives of the organizing committee gathered for the traditional Technical Meeting to review the final preparations ahead of the tournament.

The agenda covered key organizational topics, including the tournament schedule, team kit colours, media obligations, and other important information to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Following the meeting, outgoing Mayor René Huber, his successor Kurt Hottinger, and the organizing committee invited all participants to a welcoming apéritif. The relaxed setting provided an excellent opportunity for everyone to meet, exchange ideas, and enjoy their first conversations before the tournament gets underway.
